Stationary Cap Style unit used on Cam Cleat and V Cleat flag poles. Fits flag pole shafts 2 in. in diameter. Cast aluminum with aluminum pulley. Attaches using 3 stainless steel set screws and tapped for 1/2 - 13NC finial. Made in the USA. Painted to match all finishes except satin.
